Cash for Clobber
Thursday 12 September 2013
From September 2012 - August 2013 St Mary's Primary School was able to raise £714.70 for the school funds. A big thank you to all the islanders and friends on the mainland who took part in this collection. With the funds we had for the year we have been able to take the children on quite a few outings... both educational and fun! We have visited:
W5 in the Odyssey
Grand Opera House - "James and the Giant Peach"
Christmas Pantomine - "Cinderella"
Greenlight Gateway and North Coast outing
Belfast Zoo
The competition is once again up and running for 2013-14 and we would once again gratefully ask for your help and support in our yearly fundraising.
So... with the summer now over and it's time to pack away and sort out all those unwanted clothes and shoes we would ask you to put them all in a black bin bag and get in touch with our agent... Marianne McMullan.
Household towels, sheets etc. can be included.
We cannot take duvets or pillows.
Please contact Marianne McMullan to arrange pick up/drop off of the bags.
A special word of thanks must go to Mrs Helen O'Halloran who kindly stores the bags in Ballycastle for collection.
Once again thank you for all your contributions and help in our fundraising.
