LAUNCH OF "RATHLIN: A DESCRIPTIVE POEM" - RESCHEDULED FROM TUE 17 SEP

Thomas Beggs' poem 'Rathlin' has been reprinted by the Ulster Scots Agency and will be launched on Rathlin Island on October 2nd.
