MANOR HOUSE COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY MEETING

Once the Manor House is ‘up and running’, the RDCA will need a trading arm to take it forward. After considerable discussion and advice from solicitors and Social Enterprise experts, it seems the best option is to set up a Community Interest Company (CIC). Rory Campbell has very generously agreed to meet with Rathlin residents to help us understand and set up a CIC. Please come along if you have an interest in Rathlin’s first CIC, or just want to know more. We hope to be able to make some decisions that evening, also including some discussion and decision-making on Manor House operating models.
