Equipment demonstration, health and fitness checks

With Moyle District Council staff – one on one – individualised circuits & workouts devised – yoga & pilates on the Friday morning if wanted – 6 & 12 week follow-ups

Men @ 7.00pm, Women @ 8.00pm
