"Rathlin Ferry Ltd:

09/02/23 Update to operations in place until further notice with any changes being issued to the community via RDCA.

TICKETING
From Thursday 9th February the office will be dealing with all ticketing/payments.

We are still cash only for now but hope to have card facilities in place early next week. We can accept bank transfers – office staff can provide details for this.

Work has started on a new ticketing system, and we hope to have something in place within the next month but for now we will be operating a ticketless system.

Travelling from Rathlin - We ask that all passengers needing to purchase tickets report to the office as soon as they get off the ferry and pay for their travel. Record of payments owing will be kept in the office.

Travelling from Ballycastle – We ask that all passengers needing to purchase tickets report to the office and make payment prior to boarding.

Office opening hours will be inline with the first boat departing Rathlin until the last boat departs Ballycastle. Office will be closed for lunch 12.30-13.30.

SOR TRAFFIC
Crew are not permitted to drive vehicles on or off the ferry when they are on duty therefore if you are not travelling with your vehicle you need to arrange someone to take responsibility and drive your vehicle on/off the ferry. Please do not ask our crew.

PERSONAL ITEMS & KEYS
Personal packages/parcels or keys cannot be left in the office for collection by a third party. We are not insured for providing this service."
