Fitness Classes

Fitness instructor Matthew Waterson will be taking fitness classes in the hall, starting Thursday 11 March at 8.00. Admission is £5.
The classes will consist of a warm up, with a main session of strengthening of muscles and some cardio (working heart and lungs), with stretches and cool down. Matthew says: 'I always start slow and it will entail some yoga, pilates, and a wee bit of boxing drills. All very relaxed and easy going stuff. It will not be hardcore shouting (I'm not that kinda person). Lots of laughs and a good work out. I'm not gonna kill folks. lol.'
