Tristan da Cunha Public Meeting

A few weeks ago, Brad and Anja Robson gave an illustrated talk on their year on the (extremely!) remote Island of Tristan da Cunha. They are to return to Rathlin this weekend, accompanied by Kirsty Green, a young woman from Tristan da Cunha, currently visiting Northern Ireland.

Kirsty, Brad and Anja will offer a second opportunity to hear of life on the Island this Sunday, 1st August, at 8pm in the Richard Branson Centre. A highly recommended opportunity to do some fascinating comparing and contrasting between Rathlin and Tristan da Cunha – and this time with a young person who has grown up on that tiny island about 2,000 miles from the nearest land mass… All welcome – especially any young people…
