Beach Clean & Community Contribution to Tourism Award

Ian Humphreys, Chief Executive of Tidy NI visited Rathlin with his family on 13 October to help with a community volunteer beach clean.

Ian was delighted to congratulate the Rathlin community on receiving a Coast Care Award for Community Contribution to Tourism from Environment Minister Alex Attwood in Belfast the day before. This is a great acknowledgment of all the beach cleans and other work that has been going on on Rathlin over the last number of years to improve the seafront. Congratulations to all concerned!
