Cash for Clobber

Thursday 12 September 2013

From September 2012 - August 2013 St Mary's Primary School was able to raise £714.70 for the school funds. A big thank you to all the islanders and friends on the mainland who took part in this collection. With the funds we had for the year we have been able to take the children on quite a few outings... both educational and fun! We have visited:

W5 in the Odyssey
Grand Opera House - "James and the Giant Peach"
Christmas Pantomine - "Cinderella"
Greenlight Gateway and North Coast outing
Belfast Zoo

"Thanks to everybody who has so far helped to recycle clothes, shoes, and handbags and turn these into funds for St Mary's Primary School.

Can we now ask you for your help in the last push for the school as we try and reach our target before the end of May.

So, have you any old clothes, shoes, bags that you no longer need and would be willing to part with?

Please contact Marina to arrange pick up/drop off of the bags.

Once again thank you for all your help and support of the school. We really appreciate your efforts."
