Cash for Clobber

Thursday 19 January 2012

A simple and effective way to recycle unwanted clothing (and more) and make some money for the island school...

Do you have any old clothes, footwear, curtains, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels for recycling? (NOT duvets or pillows.) Clothes etc. will be graded and either made into industrial wiping cloths, or if the quality is good, sent to the developing world to be re-used. Monies raised will go to St Mary's Primary School funds and to the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children. If you can help please contact Marina who, with able support from Seamus and Helen, will make sure the donated items will get to the right place. More information on the scheme is available here.
