Retirement of Richard Green

Richard Green skippered his last ferry journey to Rathlin yesterday, and is about to start his well deserved retirement from the sea. Richard has a record of forty years service to the island community, working on different boats over the years, and for both Caledonian MacBrayne and Rathlin Island Ferry Ltd. While he will no doubt be kept very busy on the farm, we all hope he enjoys a bit of a rest, and wish him a very long and happy retirement.
