There was a very good turnout for the Co-Op's AGM last night in the Parochial Hall.
The Resource Centre will close at the end of the working day tomorrow, Tuesday 20th December, and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January. Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year to everyone!
As most of you already know, the island Post Office has now moved from the site at the Tithe Barn to Catriona's Island Treasures. Many thanks to Michael for all his hard work and service to the community with this essential service, and the very best wishes to Catriona in this new venture for her.
RDCA members are invited to vote for one of the three voting mechanism proposals put forward. Voting will take place in the Resource Centre on Tuesday 8th November, 10.00am - 4.00pm, and Wednesday 9th November, 4.00pm - 8.00pm. A postal vote option for members is available from the Resource Centre on request. Members are also invited to vote on the issue of this vote casting mechanism (voting over two days with the option of a postal vote).
